Spring Uncorked

New York Botanical Garden
Saturday, May 18, 2019 – Sunday, May 19, 2019
12–4 PM

The New York Botanical Garden will be hosting a wine festival this Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  Spring Uncorked will feature all local wines from Hudson Valley, Brooklyn, Long Island, and more!  Enjoy samples, groove to live music, learn the art of winemaking, and drop by the Farmers Market for freshly baked goods and decadent treats.

There will be hands-on craft activities throughout the day which will be led by the NYBG experts, and small seminars discussing all things wine and botany.  The Farmers Market which was voted one of the top 10 farmers markets in New York City will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. So make sure you grab some fresh produce and purchase some snacks to compliment your wine.

With warmer weather and beautiful flowers in full blossom, NYGB is the perfect place to visit this weekend.  There’s nothing better than a little wine-lovers getaway!

See you there!

Cheers,
Danyelle

Meet me at the bar. Whether it’s barbells, whiskey libraries, rum sanctuaries, or craft breweries…I’ll see you there. I travel far and wide for a good IPA, I can get down with a good Manhattan, and home is where the wine is. If my taste buds are pleased, you’ll know about it. Oh, and I like to lift. So, enjoy my fitness journey with a glass of wine.
